- 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of whey-free cream 1 cup (tea) of powdered (or chocolate) chocolate 4 tablespoons of sugar 1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature 3 eggsbutter for greasing 1 cup (tea) of chocolate sprinkles to decorate1 cup
- 1. Beat the eggs, condensed milk, cream, powdered chocolate, sugar and butter in a blender. When it becomes homogeneous, pour it into a shape with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) greased with butter. 2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie in a medium oven (180°C) for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Unmold while still warm and decorate the entire surface with granulated chocolate. Place in the fridge for about 6 hours.
