- Dark chocolate150 g
- Butter125 g

- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar130 g
- Caster sugar2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Self-raising flour200 g
- Prepare your baking tray
- Preheat oven to 340°F
- Chop the chocolate coarsely, melt in a double boiler and let it cool down
- In a bowl, beat the sugar, butter, and salt until fluffy and light
- Add the eggs, one by one, and beat
- Add the melted chocolate and stir until fully mixed
- Mix the coocoa powder and the flour and then add them to the bowl slowly
- When fully incorporated, put the batter in a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until it's grown and done
