- DOUGH: Wheat flour220 g

- Warm water150 ml
- Oil150 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Nescau Powder4 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- FILLING: Condensed milk395 g
- Whole milk200 ml
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream100 g
- Fresh Strawberries300 g
- COVERAGE: Whole milk200 ml
- Chocolate Powder2 tablespoon
- condensed milk120 g
- Chopped milk chocolate150 g
- Sour cream200 g
- DECORATION: Strawberries to taste
- Granulated chocolate to taste
- Chocolate shavings to taste
- In a blender, I blended the dough ingredients except the flour and baking powder that I mixed last, poured the whole dough into a greased mold sprinkled with Nescau, took it to the oven for 35 minutes.
- In a pan I put all the ingredients for the stuffing, I took it to the low fire for 15 minutes until it was in a brigadeiro point, I transferred it to a container, I covered it with a plastic and I let it cool.
- In another pan I put the topping ingredients, low heat until it was very creamy, lastly I added the chopped chocolate and stirred well until it melted completely, turned off the heat.
- I removed the cake from the oven and let it cool, cut the top of the cake and removed part of the dough, put a layer of stuffing, on top a layer of strawberries, another layer of stuffing and another layer of Strawberries, I covered it with the top of the cake and on top of the chocolate frosting, I decorated with strawberries, chocolate shavings and sprinkles.
