- Beat the eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla essence in a mixer until foamy. Add the milk and then the sifted dry ingredients (last the yeast and stir slowly)
- Oven preheated to 180°C Place in a 15 cm shape greased with butter and cocoa powder. It takes about 30 to 35 minutes. . Stuffing of your choice 😉 I made it with fake condensed milk brigadeiro.
- It's a super soft and tasteless oatmeal cake.
