- Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and chocolate dissolved in warm water in a blender, then in a bowl place the sifted flour, salt and vanilla and add the other ingredients and beat with the fuet until a homogeneous mass. Bake in the shape of a central hole, greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder, in a preheated oven at 180C. Oven until toothpick comes out clean. I sprinkled sifted icing sugar on top after it was ready.
- Option of ganache to pour over the cake. Put in the microwave, chopped bittersweet chocolate (I used a bar) and let it melt, mine took 1 minute to melt, you have to be careful not to burn it, mix it with a box of cream. I like ganache, because in addition to being practical, it's light and doesn't get cloying. Try doing it there and then tell me 😘
