- Milk150 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chocolate1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Put the eggs, butter and sugar in the blender, beat everything for about 1 minute. Then, add the milk, chocolate, wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Note: if you think your blender won't be able to beat everything, add the flour little by little. Let it beat well until it becomes a very homogeneous cream. Soon after, remove the glass from the blender, put the yeast and with a spatula (by hand) stir everything until the yeast mixes with the rest of the dough. Unite a shape of your preference, deposit the dough and take it to the oven preheated at 180°C for 40 minutes. Your cake is ready! Now just enjoy and put on the coverage of your choice.
