- 100% cocoa powder (if using 50% double the amount)1/2 cup
- Dry shredded coconut100 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Xylitol1/2 cup
- Hot water3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients except yeast in a bowl.
- After mixing, take the dough to the blender and hit it for 3 min, after hitting it, go back to the bowl and add the yeast.
- Bake in a greased and infarinhada shape for 30 min in a preheated oven to 180 degrees or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- For brigadeiro fit prepare fake condensed milk (1/2 cup of hot water + 1/4 cup of xylitol sweetener + 2 cups of powdered milk, hit the blender)
- Take the fake condensed milk to cook in the pan with the 100% cocoa powder until it reaches the point of brigadier spoon
- It's ready, serve and be happy with your guilt-free, low-carb and flour-free candy
