  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Brown Sugar1/2 cup
  • Warm milk200 ml
  • Oil100 ml
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  • FILLING: Whole milk300 ml
  • Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
  • Soluble coffee1 dessert spoon
  • Powdered milk2 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Iced whipped cream200 ml
  1. I started by preparing the dough, I mixed the eggs and sugar well with a whisk and added the rest of the ingredients, I greased a mold with butter and flour, poured all the dough and took it to the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200°
  2. In a pan I put the ingredients of the stuffing, in low fire I stirred for 15 minutes until it was very creamy, I let it cool. In the mixer I beat the whipped cream for 2 minutes, added the brigadeiro, mixed well.
  3. I cut the cake in half, wet it with milk and put a part of the stuffing, left a little to finish. I covered it with the other half of the cake, wet it and covered it with what was left of the filling, decorated it with sprinkles.
