- Butter1 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener5 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Coconut milk + 100 ml of water.200 ml
- Almond or coconut flour100 g
- Yeast by Royal3 teaspoon
- Whisk the ingredients in sequence one by one.
- Leave the yeast for last.
- Grease a small ring shape with butter and flaxseed or coconut flour, put it in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- optional coverage 1/3 of a can of sour cream 50gr of 70% chocolate, melted in the microwave or in a bain-marie
- Mix everything gradually and distribute over the cold cake.
- Place in the fridge to cool the topping.
- It is delicious and a small slice is enough.
