- Water1 cup
- Wheat2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Fresh cream3/4 cup
- NOTE: Use margarine, flour and chocolate to grease and sprinkle. Preheat the oven to 180° (medium temperature) Grease the mold with margarine forming a thin and uniform layer; mix half and half chocolate powder and wheat and sprinkle the entire shape. Reserve.
- Put the wheat through a sieve in a bowl. In the mixer place the sugar and chocolate powder, also sifted, add the eggs and oil. Beat on low speed until well blended. If beating by hand, use a wire whisk.
- Increase the speed a little and add the water and wheat alternately, beating just to mix. Finally add the yeast.
- Transfer the dough to the shape and take it to the preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Only with the cake already cold spread the frosting. Tip: You can decorate with sprinkles of your choice.
