- Wheat flour3 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs (separate the whites)4 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- 50% cocoa chocolate1 cup
- Salt1 g
- Dark chocolate (ganache)300 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Whip the egg whites and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the egg yolks, sugar, and oil, beat until pale and creamy.
- Then add the wheat flour, chocolate powder and milk, beat for a minute then add the yeast and beat quickly, put the whites in snow and mix gently.
- Place in a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes, do the toothpick test to see if the cake is ready.
- Ganache: Place the chocolate and cream in a bowl and place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Halfway through, open the microwave to mix.
- Let it cool to put on the cake, decorate as you wish (sprinkles, cherry).
