- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Chocolate1 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Chocolate for topping4 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs well together with the sugar and butter (or margarine) until foamy. Then add the wheat flour and chocolate. Milk is being added little by little. When everything is well mixed, add the chemical yeast.
- In a well-greased roast, take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 40 minutes (depending on the power of your oven this time may vary)
- Roof: Mix 1 can of condensed milk, the cream and the 4 tablespoons of chocolate. Bring to a boil until thickened. You don't need to let it come out of the pan, as it will be very hard. ( Reserve)
- Filling: Mix 1 can of condensed milk, cream and 3 tablespoons of powdered milk. Bring to a boil until it thickens and becomes a very firm porridge.
- With the cake warm (not hot) place the filling, then the frosting, decorate as you prefer. I used the filling itself and made some brigadiers and put it on top, sprinkled the powdered milk to make it stand out. After cooling down, just delight yourself 😋
