- Sifted wheat flour250 g
- Brown Sugar4 tablespoon

- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon

- Sour cream200 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon

- I started by preparing the filling, in the blender I beat the passion fruit pulp very quickly and then passed it through a sieve to remove the excess seeds. I put the passion fruit juice in the pan and took it to the fire until it reduced and looked like jelly, turned off the fire and set aside.
- In another pan I put the condensed milk, cream, coconut milk and powdered milk and over low heat I stirred well until it became a very consistent brigadeiro.
- While the filling is cooling I prepared the dough, with a whisk I mixed the eggs and sugar until creamy, added the oil, warm water, lastly the flour, chocolate and yeast, poured the dough and took it to the oven for 40 minutes.
- With the already cold white brigadeiro, I mixed the passion fruit reduction. I waited for the cake to cool, unmolded it and cut it in half, put all the stuffing and covered it with the other part of the cake, covered the cake with a simple chocolate brigadeiro and decorated it with sprinkles.
