- Sift the flour and cocoa powder and set aside. In the blender place all the other ingredients and let it hit for about 2 minutes, except the baking powder. Then add the blender mixture to the flour, little by little and mix until you get a smooth and beautiful dough. Then add the baking powder and mix gently. Take a greased and floured roast and put the dough, take it to the preheated oven until golden. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down, and unfurl. Then place the soft brigadeiro on top of the cake and then just taste this delight.
- Preparation mode - Soft Brigadeiro, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 spoon of butter, 3 spoons of chocolate powder, 1 box of cream. Put all the ingredients in a pan and take it to the low fire, mix until you get the brigadeiro point.
