- 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine75 g
- 1 1/4 cup sugar200 g
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
- 4 1/4 cup milk450 ml
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 2 cups of cocoa powder180 g
- 1 cup of hot water200 ml
- 1 cup condensed milk260 g
- In a container, place 1 cup of cocoa powder, hot water and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reserve.
- In a bowl place the butter or margarine, the sugar and beat for about 2 minutes.
- Add the flour, vanilla sugar, 3/4 cup of milk, cocoa mixture, 1 pinch of salt and beat again until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Grease a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- For the syrup, in a pan put 1 1/2 cup of milk, 1 cup of cocoa powder, the condensed milk and stir until it boils. Turn off the heat, pierce the entire cake and pour the still hot syrup over the cake. Wait until the cake absorbs the syrup and serve.
