- Sugar1 cup
- Nescau or chocolate powder1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Baking powder1 cup
- Brigadeiro in point of coverage to taste
- Put the water and oil in a pan and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and Nescau. Mix well
- Add the wheat flour, hot water and oil and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Put the baking powder, mix gently.
- Place in a greased and floured form with chocolate powder.
- Preheat the oven to 250° for 15 minutes and place the cake to bake for 20 minutes.
- If after that time the cake is not baked. Lower the temperature to 180° and leave for about 10 minutes or until cooked. (It will depend on each oven)
- Tip for the cake to be very wet: After removing the cake from the oven and still inside the mold, cut the cake into pieces.
- Make a frosting brigadeiro and put it on top of the cake. With the cake cut, the frosting will run well and leave the cake very wet đ
