Eggs2 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Nescau or chocolate powder1 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Oil1 cup
Water1 cup
Baking powder1 cup
Brigadeiro in point of coverage to taste

Put the water and oil in a pan and bring to a boil.
In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and Nescau. Mix well
Add the wheat flour, hot water and oil and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Put the baking powder, mix gently.
Place in a greased and floured form with chocolate powder.
Preheat the oven to 250° for 15 minutes and place the cake to bake for 20 minutes.
If after that time the cake is not baked. Lower the temperature to 180° and leave for about 10 minutes or until cooked. (It will depend on each oven)
Tip for the cake to be very wet: After removing the cake from the oven and still inside the mold, cut the cake into pieces.
Make a frosting brigadeiro and put it on top of the cake. With the cake cut, the frosting will run well and leave the cake very wet 😉
