- Rice flour1 cup
- Corn starch1 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Chocolate powder 50%1 cup
- Canola oil1/2 cup
- Pinch of Salt1 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence2 coffee spoon
- warm milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, sift the rice flour, starch and chocolate powder. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the eggs with the vanilla, and the oil. With the whisk, mix the ingredients a little, add the milk and keep stirring until you get a homogeneous mass, it's fast, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix well. Place the dough in the greased and chocolate-dusted pan (because it is sprinkled with chocolate, the cake is darker on the outside).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Depends on each oven. When removing from the oven, wait to cool and unmold. This cake is delicious and very fluffy.
- Tips: - If you prefer, use regular white sugar. - If using cocoa powder, only add half a cup.
