- Dark chocolate100 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Start by mixing the milk with the juice of 1 small lemon and let it rest for a few minutes. It will form lumps. Is that so.
- Prepare the coffee by mixing it in hot water and set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add the eggs along with the liquid ingredients and beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Grease a cake tin with a hole in the middle with mold release or cocoa butter.
- Carefully pour in the cake mix and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- For the topping, melt the chocolates in the microwave or bain-marie.
- As soon as everything melts, mix the cream and beat well until it becomes a smooth cream.
- Cover it with cling film touching the cream and let it cool at room temperature.
