- Champagne Biscuit300 g
- Milk Chocolate200 g
- Butter125 g
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Place the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat until creamy. Add the yolks little by little in the cream and always beating. Place the cocoa powder and melted chocolate in the mixer to beat as well. Reserve.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg whites with the chocolate cream and mix.
- In a mold with a removable base, place the champagne biscuit on the bottom and sides. Then put half the cream in shape. And put some more biscuit.
- Put the other half of the cream and last if you want you can put chocolate zest. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
