- Butter or margarine120 g
- Cornstarch Biscuit200 g
- Cocoa Powder25 g
- FILLING to taste
- Cream cheese400 g
- refined sugar120 g
- Vanilla Essence2 ml
- Blend or semisweet chocolate240 g
- Fresh cream120 ml
- Semisweet Chocolate300 g
- Cream if milk1 can(s)
- DOUGH: crush the biscuit in the liqui, add the butter and the chocolate. Mix everything until you form a wet farofinha.
- Add to the bottom of a mold with a removable bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 5 to 10 minutes.
- CREAM: In the mixer, use the racket beater, and beat the cream cheese, just to mix.
- Add the sugar and beat. Now you can add the vanilla essence and the melted and cooled chocolate.
- Book this mixture, and beat the cream to the point of chantily. As soon as you hit, mix carefully with the reserved cream.
- Pour the cream over the base mass and finally make the ganache and refrigerate until the next day.
- Develop and decorate as you wish! I used cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
