- Cornstarch Biscuit120 g
- Unsalted butter80 g
- Chocolate 50% cocoa1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese300 g
- Sour cream200 g
- refined sugar180 g
- Milk chocolate150 g
- Chocolate 50% cocoa1 tablespoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Chocolate Ganache200 g
- Add the crushed cornstarch biscuits with the chocolate powder and butter and place in the bottom of a mold with a removable bottom.
- To make the cream, melt the milk chocolate, mix it with the cream and add the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and chocolate powder. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Transfer to the shape with the cheesecake base and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
- Allow to cool, unmold and finish with ganache and chocolate sprinkles.
