- 1 cup of sugar260 g
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
- 1 cup coconut milk200 ml
- 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
- 3 cups of wheat flour300 ml
- 1 1/2 cup cocoa powder135 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 3 cups of condensed milk790 g
- 1 cup shredded coconut50 g
- 1 cup chopped walnuts80 g
- In the blender, place the eggs, sugar, coconut milk, butter or margarine, milk and beat for 1 minute.
- While beating, gradually add the cocoa powder and beat for another 1 minute.
- In a bowl put the wheat flour, pour the beaten liquid and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Grease a rectangular pan with butter or margarine, place parchment paper, grease the parchment paper too, place the grated coconut, the chopped walnuts and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.
- Pour all the condensed milk, put the cake dough on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 55 minutes.
- Unmold while still warm and serve.
