- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Brown Sugar4 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Dark Chocolate Powder to taste
- Milk chocolate bar (chopped into squares)1 unit(s)
- Coarse salt to decorate to taste
- In a mixer, beat the eggs, chocolate powder, sugar, margarine, flour, vanilla essence and salt for 3 minutes, until a homogeneous and stiff mass is obtained.
- Mix a little of the chocolate squares and a little yeast
- Beat a little more (not too much, as the yeast loses its effect when it beats too much)
- Make balls with the dough and put them in the greased form (not too close, so as not to stick)
- Place the rest of the chocolate squares on top to decorate.
- Take it to the medium oven for 5 minutes and poke it with a fork to see if it was enough.
- Decorate with coarse salt and serve :)
- TIP: coarse salt gives an incredible contrast to the sweet
