- Whole milk100 ml
- Sour cream100 g
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Refined sugar30 g
- Dark chocolate100 tablespoon
- Heat the milk with the cream in a pan (up to approximately 80°C)
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until smooth.
- Mix a small part of the milk mixture with the yolk mixture and stir well, then add it all to the pan and cook until it thickens slightly or reaches 82°C.
- Pour the cream to the chocolate until it melts and is very homogeneous, take it to the fridge until it cools down.
