- Wheat flour2 cup

- Hot water1 cup
- Butter1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Baking soda to taste
- Condensed milk395 g
- Chocolate1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Butter01 tablespoon
- Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat for 7 minutes.
- Add the butter and beat until creamy.
- Dissolve the chocolate in the hot water and add to the cream.
- With a whisk, mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Add the baking powder last.
- Pour the batter into cupcake tins,
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Place the condensed milk, milk, and chocolate in the pan,
- Bring to a boil until it leaves the bottom of the pan. Let this cool down.
- Place in the pastry sleeve and decorate the cookies.
