- Wheat flour with yeast250 g
- Chocolate powder 50%50 g
- Cocoa15 g
- Yeast10 g
- Beat in the mixer on high speed: the eggs, sugar and margarine until you form a white and fluffy cream.
- Then add the milk and beat. Place the dry ingredients, wheat flour, chocolate powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Mix all the ingredients with the fouet, after mixing, beat for approximately 15 seconds.
- Place in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180° degrees.
- Stuff to your liking.
