- Oat flour4 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar or demerara4 tablespoon
- Milk or water8 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- Mix the dry and the liquids (except for the yeast) until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Finally add the yeast and stir.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners.
- Oven at 150 degrees and test with a toothpick according to the container used (either a cupcake pan or a small cake pan).
