- Milk1 cup
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Put the milk in the pan and dissolve the cornstarch in it.
- Add the condensed milk + butter and the chocolate powder and bring the mixture to a low heat, stirring constantly.
- When it starts to bubble, count 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Transfer the cream while still hot to a bowl and place the chopped chocolate. Mix everything until there are no more pieces of chocolate.
- Put a plastic film in contact with the cream and take it to the fridge.
- When it cools down, it will be ready to fill any cake.
