- Dark chocolate 70%100 g
- Sugar-free corn flakes1 cup
- Coconut oil1 teaspoon
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil.
- Add the corn flakes and mix well until they are all covered in chocolate.
- Line a mold with cling film
- With a spoon, place portions of the chocolate crunchy in the mold, leaving a space between the portions.
- Place in the fridge for about 40 minutes and carefully unmold.
- Ready đ great option for PMS đ
