- Light cream1 unit(s)
- Cognac4 tablespoon
- Fruits to taste
- Break the chocolate bars into squares, add the cream and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well to help melt and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer the chocolate to the fondue pan and keep the flame of the rechaud lit.
- Add the brandy (optional, if you have children, don't add it) and stir, keeping the flame burning.
- Dip the fruits in chocolate and enjoy!!!!
