- Chocolate (your choice)500 g
- Sour cream (fresh)300 g
- Cognac (optional)30 ml
- In the same pan that you are going to serve the fondue, place the cream and light the low fire.
- When the cream is very hot, turn off the heat and add the chocolate, mix until melted and smooth.
- Finish with the cognac and serve with fruit of your choice.
