- Cocoa powder 70%1 teaspoon
- Oat or almond flour2 tablespoon
- Milk1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate30 g
- Sweetener to taste
- Melt half of the chocolate and mix with the egg, flour, cocoa, milk and oil. Add the yeast and mix once more. Place over low heat in a nonstick or greased skillet until cooked on both sides. Once it's ready, melt the rest of the chocolate and spread it on top.
