- Chocolate 54% cocoa200 g
- Tahini100 g
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave - in this case, pause every 30 seconds to stir and see if it has melted.
- Mix the tahini with the melted chocolate until you get a homogeneous mass.
- In a rectangular shape of 20cm x 10cm, line with plastic wrap, accommodate the fudge dough in this shape and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and unmold. Cut into squares. For this shape, it yielded 10 fudges.
- Keep in the fridge if your room temperature is above 32°C.
