- Dark chocolate200 g
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Raisins100 g
- Chopped Brazil nuts (optional)10 g
- Chopped apricot (optional)10 g
- Mix the condensed milk with the semisweet and milk chocolate, and melt in the microwave for 00:01 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, gently stir the chocolate, if necessary or if it hasn't melted, put it on for another half minute.
- Pour this mixture into a small shape of 10 cm or so and lined with parchment paper.
- Then, place the raisins, chestnuts and apricots on top of the fugde and take it to firm for at least 6:00 hours in the fridge.
- Chocolate fudge is a simple and delicious candy to be consumed on any occasion.
- The preparation time is fast, but this rest time is necessary.
- Once ready, cut into small pieces and wrap in aluminum foil, keep in the fridge.
