- Semi-sweet chocolate230 g
- Fresh cream250 g
- Cream Cheese/Crema Cheese210 g
- Cut the chocolate into similar cubes (do not use drops)
- Place in a microwave-safe bowl and incorporate the cream.
- Microwave for 1 minute; take it out and give it a whirl. Go back and put another 30 seconds; remove and stir and so on until the chocolate melts well.
- Add the cream cheese and mix with a wooden spoon until well integrated. To make it very smooth; mix (with a hand mixer) until you don't see any white dots from the cheese.
- Place in the fridge for at least 8 hours until firm. This ganache is ideal for filling or covering birthday cakes; to fill carolinas or bombs. It can be used in verrines (cups with layers of flavors and textures) or you can also take them in a closed container to the freezer and eat like chocolate ice cream. Do it and try the taste is from another planet 😋😋
