Mozzarella cheese (slice)1.1/2 unit(s)
70% chopped chocolate40 g
Coconut oil or melted butter1 tablespoon
Cinnamon to taste

In a skillet, grill the banana with a drizzle of olive oil. Dourou on one side, turns to the other
Add the mozzarella cheese on top and cover the skillet so it melts.
In the microwave, you can melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil.
After the cheese has melted, serve the banana on a plate and top with the melted chocolate. Finish by sprinkling cinnamon on top.
