- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Milk powder1/2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Sour cream2 cup
- Vanilla1 teaspoon
- Strawberries200 g
- Chocolate bar200 g
- In a pan add condensed milk, corn starch, powdered milk, 1 box of cream and milk. Mix very well before taking to the fire.
- Bring to a boil until thickened. Add the vanilla and stir for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl to cool. At this point we are going to put a plastic film on top of the cream so as not to create a thick film.
- Once cool, just assemble.
- On a serving platter, place a layer of cream. On top of the chopped strawberries. And another layer of cream. Reserve
- Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and place in the microwave to melt. Remove and stir every 30 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn. Add the cream and mix well until incorporated to make the ganache.
- Cover the dessert with the ganache and decorate with strawberries.
- Place in the fridge to serve ice cream.
