- Seche unflavored gelatin 12 grams1 mg
- Water (100)ml1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- 200 grams chocolate tablet1 g
- Mix the unflavored gelatin in the water and microwave on high power for 20 seconds or in a water bath. Beat the condensed milk, the cream, the dissolved gelatin and the chocolate in the blender (reserve some chips for decoration). Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and place in the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm. Serve chilled garnished with chocolate shavings.
