- Chopped white chocolate300 g
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Kit Kat packets10 unit(s)
- In a pan over a bain-marie, heat the Heavy cream.
- Add the chocolate and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Reserve.
- In a pan, mix the egg whites and sugar and cook over low heat, stirring vigorously without stopping, for about 3 minutes.
- It is important to take the pan off the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir, to avoid cooking.
- Transfer to a mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
- Mix lightly with the chocolate cream.
- In a refractory, make a layer of chocolate cream and a layer of chopped Kit Kat.
- Repeat the layers and finish with the entire Kit Kat on top.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
