- 70% melted chocolate100 g
- Almond flour30 g
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips100 g
- Place the chopped cashews in boiling water for 2 hours. After this period, drain the water and blend in a food processor for 30 seconds. Add coconut oil, agave, chocolate, egg and process for another 1 minute. Place the dough in a bowl, add the yeast gently to the dough and then the 70% chocolate chips. Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes.
