- Wheat flour500 g
- warm milk250 ml
- Sugar100 g
- Oil60 ml
- Honey1 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- Cocoa powder2 teaspoon
- In a bowl add the wheat flour, warm milk, sugar, oil, honey and yeast mix and knead the dough until you get a very smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, one part add the cocoa and mix well and let the two parts rise each in a bowl until doubled in volume.
- Roll out the white dough into a rectangle and set aside. Roll out the chocolate dough into a rectangle of the same size
- Brush a little milk on the white mass and place the chocolate mass on top.
- Roll up lengthwise and place in a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in volume.
- Brush an egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
