- Dark chocolate250 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie
- Mix the cream with the melted chocolate and set aside.
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff
- Incorporate the egg whites into the chocolate gradually and gently so as not to lose any air.
- Serve in individual portions or on a platter.
- Decorate with semisweet sprinkles and let it freeze for at least 5 hours.
