- Refined Sugar10 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Beat the egg whites and once they are firm, add the sugar and beat until stiff. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie and after it is melted add the cream and mix well with a spoon.
- Then add this chocolate mixture with the snow whites. Pour into glasses or on a platter. Place in the fridge for approximately 2 hours and serve chilled. Decorate to taste. I chose to decorate with sprinkles chocolate.
