- 3 tablespoons of water3 tablespoon
- 1 pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Beat the egg whites and reserve. Cat jump: use a pinch of salt to help with consistency. Reserve.
- Beat the yolks until they are lighter and lighter. Reserve.
- Melt the chocolate with the water (it can be in a bain-marie or in the microwave).
- Add the yolks to the melted chocolate.
- Gently fold in the snow whites, 1/3 at a time.
- Now it's fridge for at least 2h.
