- Unflavored Colorless Gelatin Envelope1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- Water5 tablespoon
- Beat the egg whites to snow and set aside.
- Beat the cream of milk, condensed milk in the blender.
- Hydrate the gelatin with the 5 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15s.
- In a bowl place the cream from step 2, the melted gelatine, the snow whites, the chocolate powder and stir.
- Place in individual bowls, decorate to taste and refrigerate for 4 hours.
