- Chopped semisweet chocolate250 g
- Fresh cream200 g
- Egg white4 unit(s)
- Sieved Vos Yolk2 unit(s)
- Sugar60 g
- Salt to taste
- Melt the chocolate with the cream and sugar in a bain-marie. Let it cool down and add the yolks. Mix well and set aside. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually add the egg whites to the melted chocolate and mix gently. Refrigerate for at least three hours. 😋😋
