- Dark Chocolate3 kg
- Heavy cream3 l
- Egg whites500 g
- Sugar250 g
- Chocolate shavings to taste
- Make the ganache with the chocolate and Heavy cream and set aside. Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Gently mix the ganache into the egg whites.
- Take it to freeze. Decorate with chocolate shavings or as you prefer.
