- Before starting, take the cream to the freezer and leave it for 1 hour (be careful not to freeze). Then put the cream in a mixer and beat for 10 minutes on high speed (this makes it lighter and aerated). Reserve. Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Then add the chocolate with the condensed milk and mix well. Add the reserved milk cream and mix again with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour the mousse into a serving dish or individual bowls and place in the fridge for 3 hours. Serve immediately or, if desired, decorate with sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
