- Chocolate Powder1/2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Milk150 ml
- Chocolate Chips to taste
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Beat the Sugar, Egg Yolks and Butter for 3 minutes in the mixer.
- Sift the Flour and Chocolate Powder and set aside in a bowl.
- In the mixer, put the chocolate with the flour and the milk alternating them, that is, put a little of the mixture and then a little of the milk.
- Turn off the mixer and add the baking powder and chocolate chips (to taste) and mix carefully.
- Whisk the egg whites until they become snow whites and add the dough, stirring gently by hand.
- Grease the molds with flour and butter or mold release.
- Put the dough in the molds and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Watch and insert a toothpick to see if it's ready (when the toothpick comes out clean).
- Once ready, just wait for it to cool and serve.
